Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Scholarship for Academic Year 2027 in Thailand

Applications are now open for the fully funded Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Post-graduate Scholarship for Academic Year 2027. This prestigious scholarship offers international students the opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree in Thailand in the fields of Applied Biological Sciences, Environmental Health, Environmental Toxicology, and Chemical Sciences.

The scholarship is fully funded and covers tuition, living expenses, air travel, and many other costs. It is open to outstanding young graduates under 30 years of age who have strong academic records and laboratory research experience. There is no application fee. Eligibility:

Scholarships are open to applicants who meet the following qualifications:

• Must be under 30 years of age (no exemption)
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 in one of the following fields:
  • Sciences: Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Environmental Sciences
  • Medical Sciences: Medicine, Medical Technology
  • Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Applicants from other related fields are also welcome to apply
• Must have experience in scientific laboratory research
• Must demonstrate English proficiency (preferably TOEFL, IELTS, or a letter from the university confirming English as the medium of instruction)
• Must provide a Statement of Purpose explaining their interest in the study

• Monthly stipend
• Book allowance

Award Period:

The scholarship covers:

• Six weeks of refresher courses
• Followed by two years of Master’s degree study

The award is subject to an annual review of the scholar’s satisfactory progress. CGI reserves the right to terminate the scholarship if the student’s performance does not meet the required standards or if the awardee fails to follow CGI rules.

Important Note: Refresher Courses are expected to begin in June 2027, and the academic program will commence in August 2027.
