Lusail University Qatar Scholarships (Fully Funded Opportunity)

Applications are now open for the Lusail University Qatar Scholarships, a fully funded opportunity for international students who want to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Qatar. The scholarship is offered by Lusail University in partnership with Qatar Scholarships and covers 12 programs in business, law, education and political science.

It is open to male and female students from developing countries who have a high school score of 90% or higher and are between 18 and 22 years old. The award covers your full tuition, flight, housing, monthly stipend and medical insurance. . There is no separate scholarship application: you apply for admission to Lusail University, and eligible admitted students are considered for the scholarship. Bachelor of Education in Teaching English Language

Program Overview

Required Documents:

• Medical certificate: It must prove medical fitness. A medical examination will also be conducted when you arrive in Qatar. If you do not pass it, you will be excluded from the nomination.
• Police clearance certificate: It must be accredited from your home country.
• Written authorization from your legal guardian: It must give you permission to join the scholarship.
• Certified birth certificate
• Valid passport
• High school diploma certificate: It must be authenticated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Embassy of the State of Qatar in your country. It must also be equivalenced in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar through Lusail University.

Language Requirements:

• Arabic programs: An average of 90% or higher in the high school diploma, or 90% or higher in the Arabic language course if you studied in Arabic. Students with a high school average between 60% and 64% may qualify with 70% or higher in the Arabic language course
• English programs: An average of 90% or higher from a school where English is the teaching language, or a score of 5.5 or higher in IELTS. Otherwise you must take an English placement test
• French program: An average of 90% or higher from a school where French is the teaching language, or 70% or higher in the French language course for students in the 60% to 64% range. Otherwise you must take a French placement test
