Yale World Fellows Program 2027 in USA (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the Yale World Fellows Program 2027, a fully funded leadership program at Yale University in the USA. It is open to professionals from any field who are five to twenty five years into their careers and have a proven record of impact. Citizens of all countries except the United States can apply, and dual US citizens are also eligible.

The program runs for four months, from mid August to mid December, and the application deadline is Wednesday, 2 December 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. About the Yale World Fellows Program

The Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program is Yale’s flagship leadership program. It brings together leaders from across the globe who serve, inspire and motivate others. It is based at Yale’s International Leadership Center and housed within the Jackson School of Global Affairs.

Established in 2002, the program has built a network of over 450 World Fellows who are contributing to their communities in more than 100 countries. Each year’s group is geographically balanced and represents a wide range of professions, cultures and perspectives.

What This Scholarship Offers:

  • You receive money to cover your daily living costs in New Haven, so you do not need to rely on personal savings.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You should be between five and twenty five years into your professional career, with significant accomplishments at a regional, national or international level.
  • You must be a citizen of a country other than the United States. Dual citizens of the US are eligible, but strong preference is given to candidates whose work is focused outside the US.
  • You must be fluent in English. An excellent command of the language is essential.
  • You must be able to stay in residence at Yale in New Haven for the entire program, from mid August to mid December.
  • There is no minimum or maximum age limit.
