    2. Dear TADA Coordinator’s Name or Selection Panel,

I am writing to express my enthusiastic interest in the 2026 TADA Artist in Residence Programme. As a textile artist, designer, multidisciplinary creative, I am deeply inspired by the intersection of contemporary design, sustainable practice, and regional textile innovation—values that are clearly central to TADA’s mission.

My practice is grounded in experimental weaving techniques, slow fashion, cultural storytelling through textiles, and I am particularly drawn to the opportunity to collaborate with local industries and communities within the Northern Philippine region. The residency would provide a powerful platform to expand my creative inquiry, explore new material approaches, and contribute meaningfully to the local creative economy.

I see this residency not only as a chance to deepen my own work, but to engage in meaningful exchange with peers, mentors, and the broader community. I am confident that my skills, passion, and collaborative mindset will allow me to both benefit from and contribute to the program in a valuable and lasting way.

Thank you for considering my interest. I would be thrilled to discuss how my vision aligns with TADA’s goals, and I welcome the opportunity to submit a full application or proposal.

      Warm regards,
      Winzel Alylie A. Sad-ang
