Applications are now open for the You Go Girl Initiative (2026–2027) under the KOICA-funded Digitalization for Women’s Economic Empowerment (D4WEE) project. UN Women Pakistan invites qualified Pakistan-based Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in consortium with a Korea-based CSO to implement this exciting program.
The initiative will provide 160 young women from Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with fully funded international knowledge exchange visits to the Republic of Korea. Opportunity Overview:

Who Can Apply:
- Lead organization must be a Pakistan-based, nationally registered CSO.
- Must apply as a consortium with a Korea-based CSO.
- Only CSOs are eligible to act as the Lead Responsible Party.
- Strong preference for organizations with experience in women’s economic empowerment, gender mainstreaming, and managing international exchange/study visit programs.
Budget Range: PKR 122,046,120 – PKR 135,606,520

Key Responsibilities:
Local Partner (Pakistan-based CSO – Lead)
- Coordinate beneficiary selection (long-listing) in collaboration with UN Women and provincial partners.
- Manage international travel ticketing and pre-departure orientation in Islamabad.
- Design alumni engagement and mentorship mechanisms in home districts.
International Partner (Korea-based CSO)
- Design and organize institutional visits, workshops, and networking in Korea.
- Provide on-ground logistics in Korea: 3-star hotel accommodation, halal meals, transportation, and interpretation services.

Program Structure:
The initiative runs from August 2026 to December 2027 and will implement multiple cohorts of 20 participants each.
Three Main Phases per Cohort:
- Pre-travel (6–8 weeks) — Orientation, goal-setting, and cultural preparation.
- In Korea (5–6 days) — Site visits, networking, and knowledge exchange across tech ecosystems (startups, government, universities, private sector).
- Post-return (3–6 months) — Debriefing, 90-day action plans, knowledge-sharing sessions in home districts, and alumni mentorship.
Important Requirements
- Proven experience managing international knowledge exchange or study tour programs.
- Strong linkages with Korean institutions in the technology sector.
- Demonstrated commitment to gender equality, LNOB (Leave No One Behind), and PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards.
- Signed MoU with the Korea-based consortium partner.
- Clear delineation of roles and responsibilities.
