Eligibility Criteria:

Basic Requirements

Be in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree programme, OR have graduated less than a year ago
Have a strong academic track record
Have completed at least one previous internship, preferably within a multinational or international organisation
Be available to work full-time in Dubai for the entire six-month duration
Not have previously completed an internship with the Emirates Group

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
Learning agility and ability to get up to speed quickly in new environments
Initiative and ownership with evidence of taking action and making things happen
Clear and confident communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds
A proven track record of achievement through academic performance, previous internships, extracurricular activities, or other relevant experiences
