FASPE Business Fellowship:

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or related graduate program
• Completed an MBA or related graduate degree and working as a business professional
• Completed an undergraduate degree and working as a business professional

Additional criteria:

• Preparing for or in early stages of career
• Professional experience generally not exceeding 10 years
• Diverse backgrounds and interests welcome
• Can be pursuing careers in any business sector, nonprofits, startups, consulting, finance, or other business settings

Program Focus

FASPE Business examines the actions and choices of German businesses and business professionals in designing, executing, and/or enabling Nazi policies. The program then helps you understand your role and responsibility as an individual with influence in your community and identify ethical issues facing contemporary businesses and professionals.

FASPE Law Fellowship

Eligibility

• Enrolled as a 2L or 3L in a JD (or equivalent) program
• Working in the legal profession (including clerkship) with JD received no earlier than May 2020
• For non-US legal systems: Completed legal education and working as a trainee or associate (no more than 6th year)

Additional criteria:

• Diverse interests and backgrounds welcome
• Can pursue careers in law firms, internal law departments, public interest law, prosecution, public defense, and more

Program Focus

FASPE Law examines the actions and choices of German lawyers and judges in designing, executing, and/or enabling Nazi policies. The program helps you grasp your role and responsibility as a legal professional and identify ethical issues currently facing the legal profession.

Eligibility

FASPE defines these professionals as those who “build things.”

• Enrolled in a graduate program in architecture, design, landscape architecture, urban planning, computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics and applied math, electrical engineering, or related field
• Completed an undergraduate degree and working in a related field
• Completed a graduate degree and working in a related field

Additional criteria:

• Preparing for or in early stages of career
• Professional experience generally not exceeding 10 years

Program Focus

The program examines the actions and choices of technologists and designers in enabling and executing Nazi policies. It then helps you grapple with your role and responsibilities as a designer of built environments and identify ethical issues currently facing architects, engineers, designers, and technologists.

FASPE Medical Fellowship:

Eligibility

You must fit into one of these categories:

• Enrolled in an MD or DO program (or equivalent) and will complete at least one clinical year before fellowship start
• Enrolled in a residency program

Program Focus

FASPE Medical examines the actions and choices of German physicians in designing, executing, and/or enabling Nazi policies. The program helps you grasp your role and responsibility as an individual with influence in your community and identify ethical issues currently facing physicians and the medical profession.

Eligibility

• Enrolled in graduate school preparing for work as a religious leader
• Working as a religious leader with relevant graduate degree received May 2020 or after

• Have journalistic experience (college newsroom or otherwise) and be enrolled in a graduate program of any kind, planning to work as a journalist
