Oxford Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Scholarships at the University of Oxford

Applications are now open for the Oxford Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme 2027/28, a fully funded opportunity to study a master’s degree at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. The scholarship is designed for outstanding graduates and professionals, mainly from developing and emerging economies, who would not otherwise be able to afford to study at Oxford. It covers 100% of your course fees, gives you a living costs grant of at least £21,805, and includes a year of leadership training, mentoring and networking.

You can apply for a wide range of eligible courses, including public policy, law, economics, health, education, computer science, environment and area studies. The deadline is in December or January, depending on your course. You do not need to fill in a separate scholarship application form. You simply select the scholarship in the Oxford graduate application form and upload a short Weidenfeld Hoffmann Scholarships Statement. The scholarship itself has no separate application fee, but check your course page for any fee charged on the Oxford graduate application. You can check out BS, MS, PhD and postdoc positions here.
