What Makes This Program Special:

This gives you the freedom to explore different research fields and find the perfect fit for your PhD journey.

Fellowship Benefits:

  • Personal annual allowance for conference attendance, books, or computer equipment
  • Fully funded PhD program for the entire duration
  • Annual study trip to a city with ties to the Werner Siemens Foundation
  • Scientific meetings and networking opportunities with current students and program alumni
  • Career guidance and support from Biozentrum faculty for CV preparation and postdoctoral applications
  • Financial support for travel to postdoctoral interviews
