Who Can Apply?

- About to receive a PhD or have completed a PhD within the past two years (as of the deadline)

You can apply in two simple ways:
1. Nominations (Recommended)
Senior investigators from Westlake University or leading global institutions can nominate exceptional candidates. Once nominated, the nominee receives full support to submit the complete application.
2. Direct Applications
Exceptional candidates may apply directly without a nomination.
For either route, you will need to prepare and submit:
- Application form
- Letter of intent
- Full CV, with complete publications list
- Research plan for the three-year term (up to 2 pages)
- Arrange for nomination form and the three additional reference letters to be submitted directly by the letter writers to [email protected]
