Internship Overview

The Treasury Summer Internship is a 10-week, full-time program from May 26 to August 3, 2026, in Washington, DC. Interns will:

  • Participate in a customized onboarding week (May 26–29, 2026).
  • Rotate through three Treasury teams over three-week periods:
    • Rotation 1: June 1–June 19
    • Rotation 2: June 22–July 10
    • Rotation 3: July 13–July 31
  • Engage in weekly discussions with the program director and attend technical and career-focused sessions.
  • Meet the Vice President & Treasurer and connect with the Treasury team.
  • Present a capstone project to the Treasury management team on August 3, 2026.

Work Arrangement: In-person, full-time in Washington, DC, with at least four days in the office per week.

Path to Junior Analyst

What You’ll Do

Up to 16 interns will join various Treasury teams, each with a unique rotation schedule for a diverse experience. You’ll work on real projects under the guidance of a mentor and coordinator in each rotation. The Treasury comprises four main departments:

  • Asset Management & Advisory
  • Capital Markets & Investments
  • Treasury Operations
  • Pension & Endowments

Eligibility Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be enrolled in the second-to-last year of a four-year college degree program (e.g., a rising senior).
  2. Plan to graduate with a bachelor’s degree between December 2026 and September 2027.
  3. Have a demonstrated interest in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  4. Be in good academic standing at your college or university.
  5. Be available full-time from May 26 to August 3, 2026.
  6. Not have a concurrent employment contract or internship.
