Eligibility Criteria:

Common Requirements for All Levels:

  • You must be applying for each education level for the first time
  • All documents must be in Kazakh, Russian, or English (with notarized translation if needed)
  • Good health (medical certificates required)

For Bachelor’s Degree:

  • Completed secondary education with at least ā€œGoodā€ average score
  • One letter of recommendation
  • Motivational essay

For Master’s Degree:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Valid language test (IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 46, or equivalent) – not required if previous study was in the program language

For PhD Degree:

  • Master’s degree with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Valid language test (same as Master’s)
  • Research proposal / substantiation of dissertation topic
