Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese, or Palestinian nationality
- Permanently reside in one of these countries
- The Foundation will consider Syrians residing elsewhere due to current circumstances in Syria
- Hold an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK 2:1 degree or higher
- Candidates in their final year of undergraduate studies will also be considered
- Have work and/or voluntary experience relevant to your field of study
- Demonstrate a clear career path upon completion of studies and return to your home country or region
- Demonstrate leadership potential in your chosen field or sector
- Have applied for an eligible course at a Foundation partner university (or have legitimate exceptional reasons for applying to a non-partner university)

- If taken before 21st January 2026: minimum overall score of 80 with minimum of 20 in each band

Applications for the 2026/27 Saïd Foundation Scholarships follow a structured timeline:
- Application Window:
- Opens: 9:00 AM (UK time), August 1, 2025
- Closes: 5:00 PM (UK time), October 31, 2025
- Eligibility Check and Assessment: November 2025 – January 2026
- Applications are reviewed for eligibility. Ineligible candidates are notified by email in December 2025.
- Course Application Deadline: Provide evidence of applying to your chosen courses by January 30, 2026.
- Interviews: March 2026
- Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews. Non-shortlisted candidates are notified in early March 2026.
- Final Selections: Announced by early June 2026.
