Eligibility Criteria:

• Completed university degree (Master’s or PhD depending on the role) in relevant fields such as Polymer Science, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Technology, or comparable.
• For PhD-level and Postdoc positions: Proven research experience, publications, and PhD (or nearing completion for some).
