Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a PhD in Sociology Geography Migration Studies Public Policy Political Science or a related social science discipline with strong focus on migration and labour market integration.
- Demonstrate strong qualitative research skills including experience conducting interviews and focus groups.
- Have experience using qualitative data analysis software such as NVivo.
- Show solid knowledge of migration labour migration immigrant integration international students or workforce integration in Canada.
- Possess strong academic writing and publication skills.
- Be able to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary and multi stakeholder teams.
- Exhibit excellent organizational communication and event coordination skills.
- Have experience in policy oriented and community engaged research.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Assets that strengthen your application include experience in knowledge mobilization stakeholder engagement research grant writing international research and fluency in languages other than English
