  • Alternatively, candidates must obtain a master’s degree in Italy or an equivalent from a non-Italian university by October 31, 2026.
  • Applicants must not possess a PhD qualification from any Italian or non-Italian university and must not have previously benefited from a scholarship for a PhD program in Italy.
