Fully Funded Doctoral Positions at Max Planck Research School, Germany 2026

Applications are now open for fully funded doctoral (PhD) positions at the International Max Planck Research School for Epigenetics, Biophysics and Metabolism (IMPRS-EBM), offered jointly by the Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics and the University of Freiburg in Germany. This competitive interdisciplinary program focuses on research areas such as Epigenetics, Biophysics, Metabolism, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Functional Genomics, Bioinformatics, and Proteomics. The positions are fully funded via an employment contract (including full social benefits, health insurance, pension contributions, and additional support for conferences/training), with no tuition fees.
