Applications are now open for the Omani Program for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation 2025–26, offering fully funded undergraduate scholarships for international students, including Pakistani nationals. These scholarships support Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering, Humanities, IT, and Sciences (excluding Medicine) at selected private universities in Oman.
The program is fully funded, covering 100% tuition fees, a monthly stipend, and a round-trip air ticket annually. Eligible applicants must be Pakistani nationals, 23 years or younger, who have completed Intermediate or equivalent within the last three years. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Be medically fit.
