You Go Girl! – Pakistan x Korea Exchange Scholarship for Pakistani Females

Applications are now open for the “You Go Girl!” scholarship, a fully funded exchange visit to South Korea for women in tech. Launched by UN Women and KOICA Pakistan, this program targets women aged 18-35 in tech-related fields, with a deadline of 12 August 2025. Open to Pakistani women from specific districts with at least secondary education, it offers no application fee and covers all program costs, including travel and training.

Eligibility

To apply, you must:

  • Be a Pakistani woman aged 18-35
  • Reside in Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Mardan, or Swabi
  • Hold (or be eligible for) a valid passport by August 2025
  • Have at least secondary education
  • Show interest or experience in tech/digital fields
  • Be fluent in English
  • Commit to peer mentoring after returning

UN Women covers all program-related costs, including:

  • Round-trip international airfare
  • Accommodation and meals in Korea
  • Local transportation and interpretation services
  • Daily learning sessions, networking events, and site visits

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be invited for interviews. Final cohort placement will be determined by the selection panel based on experience and overall fit.
