This prestigious program offers graduate and 3rd/4th-year undergraduate students the chance to engage in cutting-edge research in various fields, including science, technology, and engineering, at one of China’s top universities. Non-Chinese citizens aged 18–40, enrolled in full-time undergraduate (Year 3/4), Master’s, or Ph.D. programs, with a good command of English, are eligible to apply. - Self-Financed: Tuition (2,100–2,600 RMB/month), insurance (160 RMB/month), accommodation (500–1,000 RMB/month)

Application Process
- Secure pre-acceptance from a USTC professor in your research field (supervisor profiles, school websites).
- Register online, select “Non-degree program → Research Internship,” complete the form, upload required documents, and submit.

Visa, Insurance, and Accommodation
- Visa: Apply for a Chinese Student Visa using the JW202 form and admission notice
- Insurance: Mandatory, purchased by USTC (160 RMB/month)

- Level C/Self-Financed: Off-campus with USTC assistance; must register with local police
