Sponsored by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), this program invites public officials, diplomats, academics, and researchers worldwide to immerse themselves in Turkish language and culture. Program Overview
The KatipAta Program is designed to strengthen ties between Turkey and other countries by offering participants an in-depth experience of Turkish language and culture. Over 8 months, you’ll:
- Learn Turkish from beginner (A1) to upper-intermediate (B2) levels, earning a B2-level certificate upon completion.
- Participate in cultural excursions, seminars, workshops, and visits to Turkish institutions.
- Engage in hands-on activities like traditional Turkish arts and sports.
- Connect with experts, professors, and think tanks to deepen your understanding of Turkish society.

Eligibility Requirements
- Public officials must have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant institution and preferably hold a Master’s or PhD degree.
- Academics and researchers should be employed at a university or research center and preferably possess a Master’s or PhD degree.
- Applicants must be under 40 years of age.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in English.
- Should not be residing in Türkiye.
- Must not have previously received or be currently receiving support from other Türkiye Scholarships programs.

- Complete the Application Form: Log in and fill out the required details, including:

- Upload Documents: Submit the following:
