17th South China Sea International Conference 2025 in Vietnam (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the 17th South China Sea International Conference, hosted by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. This prestigious programme focuses on maritime security and geopolitics, offering young leaders aged 20–35 a platform to engage with complex South China Sea issues.

The programme is fully funded, covering airfare, accommodation, local transportation, and meals. It welcomes applicants with a background in political science, international relations, international law, or related fields. The application deadline is 18 September 2025 (23:59, GMT+7), and there is no application fee. Only eight exceptional candidates will be selected to participate in this transformative experience.   • Selection: Only eight Young Leaders will be selected to attend the conference.
