NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program 2026-2027

Applications are now open for the NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program 2026-2027, a prestigious opportunity for PhD students advancing research in accelerated computing, artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and related fields. This program awards up to $60,000 to support innovative thesis research, along with a mandatory in-person summer internship at an NVIDIA research office.

It is open to full-time PhD students who have completed at least one year of study in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar disciplines, the program has a deadline of September 15, 2025. Application Process

Applications must be submitted through NVIDIA’s Submission Portal. Here’s what you need to include:

Required Materials

  • Research Summary/Thesis Proposal: Up to 2 pages (bibliography excluded from page limit).
  • Resume/CV: Include your contact information.
  • Letters of Recommendation: 2–3 letters, including one from your thesis advisor (non-professors are acceptable for additional letters).
  • Internship Availability Confirmation: Confirm you can complete an in-person summer internship.

Submission Steps

  1. Complete Your Profile: Start your application in the Submission Portal and update it as needed.
  2. Upload Materials: Submit your research summary, resume, and internship confirmation.
  3. Add Recommenders: Enter contact details for your recommenders in the portal. They’ll receive an email to upload their letters. Notify them early!
  4. Monitor Letters: Check the portal to ensure recommendation letters are submitted by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, September 15, 2025.
  5. Submit Application: Finalize and submit your application only after all materials, including recommendation letters, are complete.
