Selection Procedure

The selection process involves three stages:

  1. Written Application Review: Applications are evaluated based on submitted documents.
  2. Online Pre-Interview: Selected candidates will be invited in calendar week 38 (mid-September 2025).
  3. In-Person Hearing: Top candidates will present at the Medical University of Graz from December 09 to 11, 2025. Invitations will be sent in calendar week 41 (early October 2025).
    • Travel costs will be reimbursed up to a certain limit (details provided in the invitation).
    • Online interviews are available for candidates unable to attend in person.
    • The Welcome Center will assist with visa applications and entry to Austria.
