Eligibility Criteria:

  • Academic Requirements: Minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 on your previous bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • English Language Requirements (for Universities/Applied Sciences): IELTS 7.0 overall, TOEFL 94, CEFR C1, or equivalent (proof no older than 3 years).
  • English Language Requirements (for Schools of Arts): IELTS 6.5 overall, TOEFL 90, CEFR B2, or equivalent (proof no older than 3 years).
  • Previous Degrees: Cannot have obtained your qualifying degree from a Flemish institution (Erasmus+ mobility exceptions apply).
  • Enrollment Status: Not already enrolled in a Flemish institution, except for preparatory programs starting a master’s in September 2026.
  • Host Institution Check: Must be academically accepted by the host for the degree program.

How to Apply:

  2. Select a participating institution and confirm their deadline.
  3. Submit your application documents directly to the host institution before their internal deadline.
  4. If preselected (institutions can submit up to 20 candidates), receive an email to complete your file in the Mobility Online tool.
  5. Upload required documents: profile picture, passport/ID copy, CV (with GPA), transcripts, English test results, motivation letter, two recommendation letters, and diplomas (with translations if needed).
  6. The institution submits your file to the Flemish Higher Education Council.
