  • Waived for graduates from English-speaking countries (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand) or KFUPM alumni

For PhD Programs

• A two-year Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) for scholarship applicants.
• English proficiency:
  • TOEFL (minimum 80 iBT) or IELTS (minimum 6.5).
  • Waived for graduates from English-speaking countries or KFUPM alumni
• Additional departmental requirements may apply.

For MBA Applicants

• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
• At least one year of full-time work experience (waived for graduate/research assistants or those with exceptional academic records).

2. Complete the Online Application: Fill out the form for your desired program (available for Fall or Spring semesters).
3. Upload Required Documents:
   • Copy of identification (Passport for international applicants, National ID for Saudi nationals, Iqama for Saudi residents).
   • Official transcripts for Bachelor’s degree (and Master’s degree for PhD applicants).
   • Statement of Purpose (one-page essay on career and research goals at KFUPM).
   • Curriculum Vitae (CV) detailing education and work experience.
   • Two recommendation letters from academic referees (submitted via the online system).
   • TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo scores (if applicable).
