Applications are now open for the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) International Scholarship 2026 — a fully funded opportunity for talented international students and doctoral candidates to study or conduct research at a German university! This prestigious program, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, supports Bachelor’s (from the second semester onward), Master’s, postgraduate, or PhD programs in any field of study (with few exceptions, such as human medicine, dentistry leading to state examination, or short 3-semester programs). Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements (must meet ALL):

  • German proficiency: Minimum B2 level (e.g., Goethe certificate)
  • Master’s applicants: Plan to enroll in a four-semester MA program
  • Bachelor’s applicants: Already completed at least two semesters in a BA at a German university

Preferred Qualities:
