Applications are now open for the ITS Global Excellence Scholarship 2026, a fully funded 3-year doctoral (PhD) program offered by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in Surabaya, Indonesia. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be no older than 35 years by July 31, 2026
  • Hold a master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00 (or equivalent)
  • Have a valid passport until at least December 31, 2027
  • Provide English proficiency proof (valid within last 2 years): TOEFL ITP 530, TOEFL iBT 71, IELTS 6.0, or TOEIC 640
  • Submit at least one international publication (journal article or conference proceedings)
  • Provide at least two academic recommendation letters from previous universities
  • Include a recommendation letter and proof of correspondence from a prospective ITS supervisor
  • Submit a statement of purpose outlining study goals, interest in Indonesia, research topic, and future plans (including dissertation proposal)
  • Provide scanned master’s degree certificate and transcripts in English
