InterMaths Erasmus Mundus Joint Master 2026-2028

Applications are now open for the InterMaths Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Interdisciplinary Mathematics (a 2-year full-time Master’s program focused on mathematical modelling, simulation, and interdisciplinary applications, especially in biomedical sciences and industrial engineering).

The program starts in September 2026. The scholarship deadline is February 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM CET (Italy time) — submit by then for automatic consideration for a full Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) scholarship (approximately 20 available, each worth €33,600 total for the 2 years). Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic Background — Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, e.g., 180 ECTS) in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field with a very strong mathematical component.
  • Language Proficiency — At least CEFR B2 level in English. If your prior studies (university or secondary) were in English for 1+ years, a medium-of-instruction certificate suffices (no formal test needed); otherwise, submit an official certificate.
  • Other — Open to all nationalities. Previous EMJM scholarship recipients are ineligible for another scholarship (but can apply self-funded). Special needs support available if declared.
