ICYF Young Climate Volunteers Camp 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the ICYF Young Climate Volunteers Camp 2026, a fully funded 6-day international youth camp in Istanbul, Türkiye, focused on climate action, resilience, and volunteerism in the face of climate change challenges. Organized by the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) under the theme “Empowering Youth for Climate Action to Build Climate-Resilient Communities”.

It is fully funded (covering accommodation, food, local transport, partial travel reimbursement, and more), with no application fee and no IELTS requirement. Separate camp sessions are held for young males and females. The program is primarily open to youth from OIC Member States, OIC Observer States, or Muslim communities in non-OIC countries, aged 18–35, with relevant volunteer or humanitarian experience. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be aged 18–35 years
  • Be a national of an OIC Member State, OIC Observer State, or a representative of a Muslim community in a non-OIC country
  • Have a working knowledge of English for communication
  • Demonstrate interest or prior engagement in climate change, climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, environmental volunteering, or related humanitarian/volunteer work
  • Be willing and able to participate actively in volunteer-based and field activities
