Erasmus+ Scholarship for Student Mobility at SRH University Heidelberg

Applications are now open for the Erasmus+ Scholarship for student mobility, a prestigious opportunity for Business School students at Tecnológico de Monterrey to study at SRH University Heidelberg, Germany, during the February-June 2026 semester. This partially funded scholarship, supported by the Erasmus+ fund, promotes internationalization and supports academic, professional, and personal growth through an academic exchange.

The scholarship covers up to €1,500 for flights, €850/month for living expenses, and international medical insurance, with other costs (e.g., visa, deposits) borne by the student. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be a Tomorrow’s Leader student with regular status enrolled during the August-December 2025 semester. 
  2. Have a cumulative average in the last period greater than or equal to 95. 
  3. Be enrolled in the 5th semester or higher with at least 6 training units (full semester load) available to accredit abroad.
  4. Have no prior international academic experience (e.g., exchange, study abroad, internships, or research stays).
  5. Meet the language proficiency requirements of SRH University Heidelberg:
    • TOEFL IBT: Minimum score of 80
    • IELTS: Minimum score of 6.5
  6. Have no academic or disciplinary restrictions.

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV): Free format, maximum 1 page.
  • Academic History Sheet (FAM): Obtain from your academic records.
  • Socioeconomic Scholarship Receipt: Digital copy.
  • Language Proficiency Proof: TOEFL IBT (80+) or IELTS (6.5+).
  • Cover Letter: A concise, one-page letter addressing:
    • What motivates you to pursue this international academic experience?
    • What personal and professional goals do you hope to achieve through this exchange program?
