Dalian University of Technology Scholarship 2026 in China (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the Dalian University of Technology (DUT) Chinese Government Scholarship 2026. This is a fully funded opportunity provided by the Chinese Ministry of Education, allowing outstanding international students to pursue Master’s or PhD degrees at DUT in China. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health
  • For Master’s programs: Hold a Bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old
  • For PhD programs: Hold a Master’s degree and be under 40 years old
  • Meet language proficiency requirements:
    • Chinese-taught: HSK Level 4 (≥180) for science/engineering/economics/management; HSK Level 5 (≥180) for humanities/foreign languages
    • English-taught: TOEFL ≥80, IELTS ≥5.5, Duolingo ≥100; or proof of English-medium previous education; or exemption for native English speakers (alternative assessment possible via interview/test)
  • Comply with Chinese Government Scholarship regulations.

  1. Complete the CSC online application at http://www.campuschina.org (use Agency Number 10141 for DUT; print and sign the form).
  2. Register and submit the DUT application at http://iso.dlut.edu.cn (select “Scholarship” project; ensure an application number is generated).
  3. Upload all required documents to both systems (if applying for multiple scholarships, include all forms in the DUT scholarship section).
  4. Contact potential supervisors early (optional but helpful) via faculty directories: https://faculty.dlut.edu.cn/ (Chinese) or http://faculty-en.dlut.edu.cn/ (English).
  5. Submit before February 15, 2026
