Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the KFUPM Graduate Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

For Master’s Programs

A four-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) for scholarship applicants or 2.50 for non-scholarship applicants.
English proficiency:
- TOEFL (minimum 70 iBT), IELTS (minimum 6.0), or Duolingo (minimum 105).
- Waived for graduates from English-speaking countries (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand) or KFUPM alumni

For PhD Programs

A two-year Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) for scholarship applicants.
English proficiency:
- TOEFL (minimum 80 iBT) or IELTS (minimum 6.5).
- Waived for graduates from English-speaking countries or KFUPM alumni

Applying for the KFUPM Scholarship is straightforward and free (no application fee). Follow these steps:

Upload Required Documents:
