NGO Fellowship Program 2026 by Taiwan AID

Applications are now open for the NGO Fellowship Program 2026 organized by Taiwan Alliance in International Development (Taiwan AID). This is a fully on-site fellowship opportunity in Taiwan for experienced NGO professionals from South Asia, Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, and Pacific Island countries. The program runs from 4 October to 1 November 2026 (28 days). It offers hands-on experience working with Taiwanese NGOs, capacity-building workshops, networking, and opportunities for future collaboration. There is no application fee. Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

  • Currently working as an NGO professional in one of these fields:
    • Community Development
    • Environment
    • Education
    • Women’s Rights
    • Civic Engagement & Human Rights
    • Emergency Relief
    • Disability Inclusion
    • Children & Family Welfare
    • Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship (Outstanding candidates from other relevant fields will also be considered)
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the NGO sector
  • Demonstrated professional excellence, independence, and self-motivation
  • Age between 25 to 40 years
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (Mandarin fluency is an advantage)
