• Good English language skills (IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 80, or equivalent; some waivers possible)
• Your last Master’s degree should normally be no older than 6 years

For DAAD EPOS scholarship applicants (fully funded track):

• You must be from a developing country or one of the selected countries listed by DAAD
• At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience after your Master’s degree
• Strong motivation to contribute to development in your home country or region
