40 Fully Funded Scholarships for Master’s in Italy

Applications are now open for the Talents 4 UniTO scholarships at the University of Turin (Università degli Studi di Torino), Italy. This prestigious program offers 40 two-year scholarships to talented international students enrolling in the first year of selected English-taught postgraduate (Master’s) degree programs without restricted access for the academic year 2026-2027.

The scholarships provide significant financial support, totaling €20,000 gross (€10,000 per academic year), plus full exemption from university tuition fees. It is open to non-Italian citizens who obtained their prior qualification outside Italy and are not resident in Italy. There is no separate application fee for the scholarship. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be an international student: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) obtained outside the Italian education system.
  • Not hold Italian citizenship. Not be resident in Italy
  • Have (or obtain by the final enrolment deadline) a qualification valid for admission to the chosen Master’s program.
  • Meet the specific admission requirements of your selected program.
  • Demonstrate English proficiency at least at B2 level (CEFR).
  • Apply for a maximum of two (2) eligible programs.
